Only 33 and already one of the best-selling artist of all times, she’s taking a break from her role as an American Idol judge to tour the globe to promote her new album, Witness, including a concert in Jakarta this Saturday. 100 Persen Manusia (100% Human) puts on a film festival and regular special screenings about movies that tackle issues of gender, diversity and human rights. This Sunday at 2pm at Istitut Francais D’Indonesie, they’ll be holding a screening of 120 BPM (Beats Per Minute), a film about French HIV/AIDs activists in the 1990s that won the prestigious Grand Prix award at the Cannes Film Festival as well as the César Award (France’s equivalent of the Oscars) for best film in 2018.
