BLINKs, you’re in for a hump day treat as BLACKPINK will be performing live (albeit virtually) at Tokopedia’s event tomorrow.

The event, titled Waktu Indonesia Belanja (Indonesia Shopping Time, with the title being a play on Western Indonesia Time or WIB) to promote the e-commerce giant’s monthly promo, will air simultaneously on NET. TV, SCTV, Indosiar, as well as live streamed on Tokopedia’s app and YouTube channel from 8pm to 9:30pm.

Local entertainers featured on the show are dangdut singers Lesti Kejora, Wika Salim, and Anggun Pramudita; Yogyakarta-based dangdut pop band Guyon Waton; celebrity couple Irwansyah and Zaskia Sungkar; and comedian-presenter Reza Chandika, among others. South Korean presenter Park Kyung-rim and YouTuber Jang Han-sol, the latter of whom grew up in Malang and known for his fluent Indonesian and Javanese, will also appear on the show.

You can enjoy various perks during the show, such as cashbacks and free shipping on purchases made via Tokopedia. BLACKPINK will be taking part in a gameshow at 6pm today and nasi goreng (fried rice) tasting at 9.30pm tomorrow, which you can watch on the e-commerce’s streaming platform Tokopedia PLAY.

In early October, BLACKPINK released their first full-length album, aptly titled The Album, to much fanfare. Several standout tracks including pre-release singles How You Like That and Ice Cream feat. US singer-actress Selena Gomez, along with Lovesick Girls and Bet You Wanna featuring American rapper Cardi B.

The quartet — the group’s leader Jennie, Jisoo, Rose, and Lisa — has performed on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live, as well as Good Morning America to promote the new songs off their album. They recently broke records as they reached 1.4 billion views and 1.1 billion views for their MVs, DDU-DU DDU-DU and Kill This Love, respectively.

BLACKPINK’s virtual performance tomorrow is a follow-up to Tokopedia’s WIB program back in July, when they featured fellow K-pop sensation BTS.
