Have you ever fancied having airplanes and airport runways as the backdrop of your pre-wedding photos? That is something you can now get for real at Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport, as they now offer special packages for photoshoots.

“A number of locations within the Bali airport area can be used to enshrine your beautiful moments in a photoshoot or video shoot with your partner, family, friends, or loved ones,” the airport wrote in one of their recent Instagram posts.

The photoshoot package includes access to Ngurah Rai’s airside area, airport passes for a maximum of eight people, and also access to a changing room.

The new service reportedly costs IDR5 million (US$350) for the first four hours, with every additional hour after that costing an extra IDR1 million (US$70).

“This is one of our efforts and innovations to increase income,” Taufan Yudhistira, a spokesman from the airport, said.

Taufan said several locations have been selected to ensure that photoshoots won’t disrupt the airport’s flight operations, with areas such as the tarmac and the iconic Candi Bentar, which shows off Balinese architecture, among the chosen spots. He also said that airport officers will be escorting the guests throughout the session.
