Of the 16 Indonesian citizens who have allegedly defected and pledged their allegiance to ISIS, one is supposedly from Bali.

Identified by Tribun News by her initials SA, the 23-year-old woman who is now wearing her ISIS cap, is said to be from Denpasar, Monang Maning specifically.

Until now, SA has still not reportedly returned to Indonesia.

SA is reportedly married to a man identified as M, from Solo, Central Java. Since her marriage, SA lost contact with her father who lives in Denpasar, Hery Wiyanto, head of Bali Police PR said on Monday, as quoted by Tribun.

Regarding the ISIS threat, Bali police have formed three task forces to ward off potential ISIS danger developing on the island.

“We appeal to the public, if there are any findings around the neighborhood that may be suspicious or related to ISIS, please inform the police,” Wiyanto said.
