An employee from the check-in counter at Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport has reportedly been arrested by National Narcotics Agency (BNN) officers.

KWS, 26, was arrested in his place of residence on Jl. Gunung Talang, West Denpasar with 101.76 grams of meth.

“We arrested him on Monday, March 20, 2017 at around 6 pm,” said Bali Province BNN Superintendent Ketut Arta, as quoted by Tribun Bali.

The man did not comply with his arrest so easily, according to Arta.

“There was a bit of a struggle between the officers and the suspect.”

The case is still under development, Arta added.

What is it with airport employees and drugs lately?
