Australian fugitive Shaun Davidson is celebrating 100 days of freedom since he busted out of Bali’s Kerobokan Prison in June.

A celebratory status was posted yesterday to the Aussie’s purported Facebook account, “Shaun Rageone Davidson,” to mark the occasion.

Davidson made international headlines when he, along with three other foreign inmates, tunneled under prison walls on June 19.

Freedom was short-lived for two of the escape party: Bulgarian Dimitar Nikolov Iliev and Indian Sayed Mohammed Said, were shortly recaptured in East Timor on June 21, then sent back to the jail. However, like Davidson, Malaysian Tee Kok King, still remains at large.

Davidson has established quite the online persona for himself since the prison break. Since his escape he’s had a fan page created, jeered Interpol (who put out an alert out for him), posted mock-up wanted posters, and has “checked in” to a number of different international cities like Amsterdam and Dubai on his profile.

With “Rageone” on the run this long, it’s clear police have really been struggling to track the Australian down. They had previously said they were “close” to apprehending Davidson, but turns out they weren’t so close after all. Last we heard from police, they said they suspected that the Aussie never even left Indonesia.

The Australian had just ten weeks left to serve on his sentence in Bali, but he would have been deported upon release and sent back home to Australia where he was facing drug charges.
