Footage taken of a World Champion Freediver doing his thing in Bali shows just how incredible of a man New Zealander William Trubridge is.

Trubridge, a 15-time world record holder and current freediving world champ, accomplishes what many can’t even do with an oxygen tank, as he goes to great depths and seems to effortlessly drift down, down, down.

The video of Trubridge’s trip to Pulau Dewata and Nusa Penida was shot and edited by Luca Vaime and Mike Veitch at Underwater Tribe, according to his caption on YouTube.

“Wrecks, manta rays, beautiful reefs – I had a lot of fun getting to know some of the dive spots around Bali and Nusa Penida,” writes Trubridge.

Trubridge’s Bali video certainly isn’t the first documentation about this amazing man. The free diver is the subject of a documentary, Breathe, from 9-time Emmy Award-winning ESPN producer Martin Khodabakhshian.
