Two children find over 100 bullets in Mayangone

Several packages of bullets were discovered in near Myat Chapel on Kanbaung Pat Road in Mayangone Township at 9pm on November 6.

According to the Mayangone police station, the bullets were first spotted by two children who work at a nearby car park, who informed the police

The packages contained a total of 144 .22-caliber bullets and were wrapped in a plastic bag.

Police have opened a case and are searching for the owner of the bullets.

On October 29, a fisherman found a plastic bag containing two guns and 56 bullets in a small lake off Kabar Aye Pagoda Road.
