Man called ‘Fatty’ accused of ordering hit on ex-wife

 
The ex-husband of a woman found dead in a stairwell in Latha township on Monday has been accused of ordering her murder.

Two other men have also been arrested, a Yangon Division police force official told Eleven Media.

Kyaw Min Htwe, aka ‘Fatty’, from Mandalay, allegedly paid another man, Thein Htun Aung, 7,000,000 kyats (about $6,100) to kill her.

A third man, Myo Thein, has been accused of facilitating the deal. 

The woman, not named by Eleven Media, was reportedly about to take her ex-husband to court to claim a share of their property.
