Want! Burmese-language Wu-Tang Clan t-shirts

Have you ever sat around and wondered: how can I support efforts to preserve the region’s musical traditions while wearing something with Burmese writing on it which also showcases my undying love for the American rap group the Wu-Tang Clan?

My friend, you are in luck.

In an attempt to raise funds for web-hosting costs, the Archive of Southeast Asian Music (ASEAM) is selling Wu-Tang logo t-shirts with the name of the group transliterated in Burmese.

The shirts cost $20 each plus $10 for shipping to “anywhere in the world,” according to the website, which says orders take two to four weeks to arrive.

If Wu-Tang isn’t your thing, ASEAM also has some cheeky and good-looking “Rare Asia” t-shirts that play off the logo for budget carrier Air Asia. We like those too.

Go to the site for more information on how to order. They are “limited edition,” so get’em while they last.
