Their familiar chicken can now be paired with coconut rice, sambal and fried anchovies. The dish joins its menu of cheeseburgers and spaghetti and is an upgrade from existing chicken meals that only come with plain white rice and gravy.
It’s also available on food delivery platforms such as Grab Food, FoodPanda and Deliveroo.
In August, the fried chicken franchise opened Singapore’s first delivery-only kitchen in Tampines as part of its nearly S$200 million investment in smaller-scale food preparation and cooking facilities for delivery orders.
There are more than 1,200 Jollibee locations worldwide; 10 are in Singapore.
