The same group that owns Thai restaurants Sanook Kitchen and ThaiExpress has launched a grill house at the Bugis Junction shopping mall.

At Josh’s Grill, carnivores can treat themselves to premium cuts of beef and chicken, as well as seafood cooked at low temperatures before they are grilled to perfection. Devour them at the restaurant’s 70-seater country style space located on the first floor of the mall.

Steak lovers may want to try the 550-gram T-Bone Steak (S$56.90++) that serves two, or the bigger sharing platters that serve at least three people such as the 700-gram AU Porterhouse (S$79.90++) or the 1.3 kilogram Tomahawk Steak (S$129.90++)

If you’re in the mood for chicken, the Char-Grill Spicy Chicken Chop with Homemade Dynamite Sauce (S$10.90) is marinated with their spicy hot sauce. Or you could chomp on red meat and seafood at the same time with the signature Sirloin Beef & Jumbo Prawn Classic Combo (S$34.90++). It is served with a choice of mushroom cream sauce or homemade onion sauce.

More seafood options include the Char-Grill Sea Bass (S$13.90++), which comes with lemon-buttery cream sauce drizzled on the side.

All meals come with two side options such as Mesclun salad, french fries, homemade potato salad, brussels sprouts, cold spaghetti, baked onion rice with crushed almonds or green mango and pineapple salad.
