After all of the races in March, hopefully you’ve reached or are close to reaching the peak of your cardiovascular fitness. But April isn’t exactly the month to hit your second wind, as there aren’t any races until the last couple of weeks of the month.
In any case, you might still want to take part in these races to keep up your fitness as we expect some grueling races in the months ahead.
CC5K #almamateRun 2015 (April 19)

This race is being held in conjunction with Canisius College Jakarta’s Alumni Day. But that doesn’t mean you have to be an alumni of the high school to take part – this race is actually open to the public.
You can even represent your own alma mater in this race. We’re thinking we might show up in our old high school uniforms as we take on the 5K individual or group races.
Venue: Canisius College, Menteng Raya 64A, Central Jakarta
Start Time: 06:00 WIB
Entry Fee: Rp 200k

Masker Run 2015 (April 26)
Perhaps there’s no better reason to run a race in Indonesia than to raise money for anti-corruption awareness, as is the case with Masker Run 2015. Not only that, you also get to paint your face in accordance to the “Indonesia’s new anti-corruption face” theme for the race.
The Masker Run is by no means competitive. It’s a casual 5K race in which everybody receives a medal upon finishing.
Venue: Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, Senayan, South Jakarta
Start Time: 06:00 WIB
Entry Fee: Rp 150k
