VIRAL: New meme video makes the case for why Trump should make “America First, Indonesia Second”

Terrified countries around the world, slowly accepting the horrifying reality that is Donald Trump really-for-real being the president of the United States, have each been making their case as to why The Donald should make their country second after he makes “America first”.

The Dutch were the first with their hilarious viral video, which proved so popular that it instantly became a meme, with countries from France to Singapore quickly getting in line to plea for Trump’s favor (even fictional lands like Mordor have gotten in on the act).

Which meant it was only a matter of time before meme-loving Indonesia entered the fray. Our case to President Trump has been made by the funny folks at Pos Ronda (think of it as the Indonesian version of The Onion) and they certainly present a strong argument for why the Cheeto-in-Chief should make Indonesia second (or maybe ‘first and a half’?).

While the video does a pretty good of pointing out things that Trump is sure to love about Indonesia, such as our bountiful natural resources (for America to exploit), lots of tasty exotic animals (“Very endangery”) and Freeport (“It has huge mine, very huge, very miney, much money, you’ll love it”), it fails to mention that Trump already has a very good reason to love Indonesia: his hotel company is building major resorts in both Java and Bali.

And don’t forget, he’s also very publicly met with some of our politicians (who still really love him apparently) including Golkar Party Chairman Seyta Novanto, who agreed when Trump said, “We [meaning the US and Indonesia] will do great things for America, is that correct?”

And when Trump asked, “Do they like me in Indonesia?” Setya replied “Yes, highly.”

So don’t worry, The Donald is already down with Indonesia. In fact, we bet Setya Novanto and Fadli Zon made pretty much the same pitch to Trump as Pos Ronda did.
