The official website of the National Police Internal Affairs Division (Propam) was suspected of being hacked today, as images of the Indonesian zombie, the ‘pocong’, appeared on the header of the website.
This doesn’t seem to be the work of someone from within the police, with the police initially being unaware of the supposed hacking.
“I don’t know about it, we’ll have to look into it,” said National Police Spokesman Rikwanto, as quoted by Detik today.
According to Detik, the pocong images were still up at 12:30 pm today. But the spooky images were gone when we checked the website at 3 pm.
Many would guess this was done by some prankster hackers, but we’re not ruling out forces from beyond the grave…
