Yanto (40), has been going around stealing milk in Kalideres, West Jakarta lately. Luckily for milk consumers in the area, the police arrested the serial dairy thief yesterday
“The suspect stole milk in five minimarkets in Tegal Alur, Kalideres,” said Dharmawan, head of the Kalideres Police Dept, as quoted by Warta Kota yesterday.
Dharmawan said Yanto would walk into a minimarket and hide cartons of children’s milk inside his oversized jacket.
Yanto had hidden 12 cartons of milk inside his jacket at one minimarket when shopkeepers grew suspicious and frisked the suspect. Yanto was then reported to the police.
It wasn’t revealed who Yanto stole all the children’s milk for.
