The Jakarta Metro Police today began questioning the male actor in an OnlyFans scandal, after hinting this week that he would also be charged along with the female star.
Jakarta Metro Police spokesman Endra Zulpan confirmed the male performer’s appearance at the department’s headquarters upon being summoned. Investigation into his involvement has officially begun.
“He’s still a witness,” Endra said of the alleged male actor, who he said also happens to be the woman’s boyfriend.
Last week, a woman who sold pornographic content via content subcription service OnlyFans, known by her handle @gresaids, was arrested in Malang, East Java. The woman recently skyrocketed in popularity after appearing in a popular podcast discussing her online sex work.
Her appearance was seen as a gutsy move considering that while there are Indonesian content creators on OnlyFans, many have chosen to be anonymous due to the country’s draconian anti-pornography laws.
To the police, @gresaids said she earned around IDR20 million (US$1,392) from selling her content on OnlyFans per month.
