The Depok Police raided a house in a densely populated neighborhood in Sukmajaya, Depok. yesterday and found an underage girl suspected of being a sex worker.
In the house, the police also found four adult women, who were suspected of being the teenager’s pimp.
The underage girl, whose real age wasn’t disclosed by the police, admitted that she received Rp 600 thousand for a “date”.
“Please sir, I’ve only done this once. Don’t arrest me, sir,” she pleaded to police officers yesterday, as quoted by Vivanews.
The Depok Police believe that there are more underage girls involved in this suspected prostitution ring, and are investigating the matter.
