We’re big fans of the work done by the amazing work done by International Animal Rescue here in Indonesia and have shared some of their incredible orangutan rescue stories before. But this latest video from the non-profit wildlife protection group might be their cutest yet.
The above video shows the very first meeting between baby orangutans Gito and Asoka. Although shy at first, you can see that they quickly warm up to one another in the most adorable way possible.
It’s even more remarkable once you know that Gito had been rescued just 3 months earlier after almost dying from severe mistreatment and neglect, and Asoka is the first baby orangutan he’s ever met.
