A woman from Jambi who is being investigated for molesting 17 boys allegedly attempted to divert blame towards her underage victims by making it look like she was a victim of rape.
Yuanita Sari Anggraini, 25, was arrested in February for luring 17 boys aged eight to 15 to her home using her PlayStation rental business before molesting them. Police said the boys required psychological counseling as some of them were too traumatized to leave their homes following the assault.

During her interrogation, police said Yuanita claimed that eight of the boys were the ones who actually raped her. She presented scratches on her body as supposed evidence of this rape, and authorities collected a semen sample from her, which she said came from the boys.
Police today said that both claims were pure fabrication.
“The semen sample collected from [Yuanita] was not [the boys’] semen. It was another liquid, as confirmed by an expert witness [who analyzed the sample],” Jambi Police Chief Eko Wahyudi said.
In addition, the scratches on Yuanita’s body were self-inflicted, police said, in order to frame the boys.
Yuanita is a mother of an infant child. Police said, based on her husband’s testimony obtained following her arrest, that she would threaten to harm herself and even “slice up” their baby if her husband turned down her request for sexual intercourse.
One count of child molestation is punishable by up to 15 years’ imprisonment in Indonesia.
