Health and mobility tracking app PeduliLindungi is currently under maintenance, the Ministry of Health said this morning, and thus may result in some users experiencing technical issues.

Users of the app posted complaints on social media about errors while using the app, including getting logged out and being unable to log back in.

PeduliLindungi posted an apology on Twitter this morning, saying that it is working on a fix and reminding users to update to the latest version of the app.

Ministry of Health spokesman Mohammad Syaril said the app is under maintenance and will soon return to regular function.

PeduliLindungi contains usersโ€™ COVID-19 vaccination data, which enables them to pass checkpoints wherever screenings are still being observed, such as at public transportation facilities.

Mohammad advised that, for the time being, users have soft copies of their vaccination certificates ready to show to security personnel if required.

โ€œWe apologize for the inconvenience,โ€ he said.

Based on Coconutsโ€™ observation this morning, security personnel at public facilities in the capital seem to be more relaxed than usual about enforcing PeduliLindungi check-ins given the circumstances.
