Glory, glory Man Utd (TV)! Red Devils to have dedicated TV channel in Indonesia

It’s a great time to be a Manchester United fan in Indonesia, even if the team’s performances for the past couple of seasons have been less than satisfactory.

The club’s dedicated TV channel, MUTV, will soon air in Indonesia after the club secured a partnership with Indonesian soccer media company SuperSoccer.

“Available on a number of channels and platforms, supporters will now have the ability to view behind-the-scenes footage from Old Trafford and the Aon Training Complex, interesting documentaries on the history of the club and its supporters, as well as matchday build-up and coverage. It is an exciting time for fans in the country and we are pleased to be able to offer this service,” said United’s group managing director, Richard Arnold, as quoted by Manutd.com.

The website claims there are 55 million United followers in Indonesia, which we believe to be a great exaggeration. Nevertheless, we know there are many Man Utd supporters in Indonesia who’ll have their eyeballs glued to their TVs once this channel is launched.

MUTV will be available on Dens.TV and Nexmedia, though there is no information yet as to when exactly it will be launched.
