9 injured Thamrin attack victims remain in hospital: police

As of Tuesday, the number of injured Thamrin attack victims still being treated in hospital stands at nine.

Three victims were thankfully discharged from their respective hospitals yesterday.

“Two victims, who are members of the police force, have gone home. One civilian has also gone home. Nine victims remain under hospital care,” said Inspector General Anton Charliyan, head of the Public Relations Division at the National Police, as quoted by Warta Kota yesterday.

A total of 34 victims fell victim to last Thursday’s terrorist attack in Thamrin, Central Jakarta. Eight of those, including four perpetrators, were killed.

We wish all of the victims a full and speedy recovery.
