A four-story building in Slipi, West Jakarta partially collapsed this morning, injuring at least three people who were inside during the incident.
The building, which houses an Alfamart convenience store on the ground floor, suddenly collapsed at around 9:30am today. Photos of the aftermath show the entire ground floor and about half of the upper floors still intact, though rubble had fallen on parked vehicles below.

“Based on preliminary data, there were no deaths, only three injured,” Jakarta Metro Police spokesman Yusri Yunus said, as quoted by Detik.
The extent of the victims’ injuries have not yet been disclosed.
Yusri said that the police are looking into the cause of the collapse.
Buildings randomly collapsing are quite a common occurrence in Indonesia, with blame often attributed to rushed construction and misappropriation of construction funds.
