The Al Muhajirin Mosque in Palmerah
An as of yet unidentified middle-aged man was found dead in the Al Muhajirin Mosque in Palmerah, West Jakarta this morning.
The mosque’s ustaz, Sugiyono, first found the man in some considerable pain at 5am today.
“To the witness (Sugiyono), the man complained that he wasn’t feeling well and he sat against a wall in the mosque,” said Police Comr Darmawan, head of the Palmerah Police Dept, as quoted by Warta Kota today.
The man, who supposedly suffered from a lung disease, passed away at 6am.
His body was taken to the Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital in Central Jakarta for an autopsy.
