American indie pop band LANY is coming to perform in Jakarta for not one, but two days in a row due to popular demand.

The trio was originally scheduled to perform on August 13, but has just confirmed an additional show on August 14, both of which will be held at Tennis Indoor Stadium Senayan, Central Jakarta.

The upcoming shows will be the third and fourth concerts for the band — whose name stands for Los Angeles and New York — in Jakarta, as they previously performed at We The Fest 2017 and a concert in March 2018.

“We initially booked LANY for just one concert in Jakarta, but soon as we announced [the concert], we got such an overwhelming response,” concert promoter Vizionvibe spokesperson Rizky Triandi told Detik today.

The Jakarta concerts will be opened by local act Svmmerdose, a band fronted by popular Indonesian actor Iqbaal Ramadhan.

LANY, which consists of Paul Klein, Les Priest, and Jake Goss, have released two studio albums so far, LANY in 2017 and Malibu Nights in 2018. The band will also be hitting Manila, KL, Bangkok, and Singapore before Jakarta in the Asian leg of the Malibu Nights world tour.

If you’re desperate to see LANY live, you better hurry because the tickets for the August 13 show are already sold out while tickets for the August 14 show are still available in limited numbers. Prices start from IDR625,000 (US$44.87) to IDR1,062,500. More info on online ticketing and offline ticket boxes can be found on Vizionvibe’s official website.
