Metropolis: a photo exhibition by Martin Roemers

Metropolis is an exhibition by Dutch photographer and artist Martin Roemers, featuring snaps from his travels to megacities with over 10 million citizens, such as New York City to Jakarta. In the exhibition, visitors may see the reality of so many people living so closely together; the filth, the crowds, the inventiveness and an endlessly complex community.

The exhibition runs from June 20 to July 23 at Erasmus Huis Jakarta, closed on Sundays and public holidays. Free entry, open for public
