Indonesian dangdut superstar and actress Julia Perez didn’t want American celebs to have all the fun. She posted this naughty but tasteful photo on her Instagram account of herself, facing away from the camera, removing her hardworking bra with one hand and throwing up her dua jari with the other.

Breast cancer is the second-most prevalent form of cancer in Indonesia (after cervical cancer). It is also the leading cause of death amongst women. Despite the many advances in cancer treatment and great progress over the years, the cause of breast cancer is still unknown, but many do survive being diagnosed with the disease.
