Indonesian K-pop fanatics would surely like that very much.
We’ve known for a while that Blackpink was headed to Jakarta on March 11 as part of the group’s Born Pink World Tour. Today, concert promoters announced that the megastars are also holding a second show in the capital the very next day.
The Gelora Bung Karno (GBK) Stadium, which seats 77,000 at full capacity, was also announced as the venue for both shows.
Ticket presale opens on Nov. 14 exclusively for Blink fanclub members on Weverse. There is also a presale registration period, which opens on Oct. 29 at 1pm and closes at 1pm on Oct. 31.
Public ticket sales open on Nov. 15.
Ticket prices have not been announced. When Blackpink last played in Indonesia at Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE) in BSD City in January 2019, tickets were sold starting from IDR1.1 million (US$70.75).
Other than Jakarta, Blackpink will also perform in other Coco-verse cities for the Asian leg of the group’s world tour from January to May 2023, namely Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, and Singapore.
