With international travel practically back in full swing, many of us Indonesians are looking to dust off our passports and travel beyond our borders.
Of course, our little green book is only the 58th most powerful passport in the world. Which means, unlike our friends over in Singapore and Malaysia who have largely unfettered freedom to travel the globe, we have to go through the hassle of applying for a visa before we can travel to most of the world’s countries.
That doesn’t mean we can’t decide to travel overseas on a whim, though, as the Indonesian passport does entitle us to travel visa-free to dozens of countries and territories.
We put together the interactive map below to aid you on your visa-free travel adventures. Do note that the map only contains destinations where you do not have to pay a single rupiah to enter the country or territory. As such, destinations that allow Visa on Arrival (VOA) entry for Indonesians are excluded, as are those that streamline the visa application process using an online system but nevertheless require payment.
This map is for leisure travel only. It may be updated without notice.
