Europe on Screen 2019

One of the most anticipated film festivals in Indonesia, Europe on Screen (EoS), is returning for its 19th edition this year. Cinephiles in eight cities — Jakarta, Bandung, Medan, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, with the new additions of Bekasi and Tangerang — will be spoilt for choice with a selection of 101 European films across various genres on offer. Buy one ticket to attend four exhibitions at Museum MACAN: Matter and Place (Apr 13-21 Jul), including a children’s art space Main Getah/Rubberscape by Malaysian artist Shooshie Sulaiman, Japanese contemporary artist Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirrored Room – Brilliance of the Souls, and Days in Cicadas (Mar 26-May 26) by influential Indonesian painter and poet Jeihan Sukmantoro.

The exhibition package is running until Apr 30. IDR50,000 (adult), IDR40,000 (student/senior), IDR30,000 (child). Tickets available on Museum MACAN’s website.
