Stock and mutual fund investment platform Ajaib has announced their new spokesperson, and it’s as big a catch as one could dream of in K-pop-crazy Indonesia: BLACKPINK’s Lisa.

Her appointment immediately sparkled public awareness for the platform, as the hashtag #LISAforAjaib became one of the trending topics on Indonesian Twitter.

“Moving forward, Lisa will accompany your investment journey with Ajaib! Who’s excited?” the tweet reads.

Lisa became the latest celebrity addition to Ajaib’s list of brand ambassadors, the list of which includes Ghozali of the Ghozali Everyday NFT fame, actors Pevita Pearce and Iqbaal Ramadhan, as well as South Korean actor Kim Seon-ho. The latter’s Ajaib ads were pulled shortly after allegations from an ex-girlfriend that he had coerced her into having an abortion surfaced in October of last year, though his career has gone back on track after his name was cleared.

The #LISAforAjaib campaign calls on users to invite as many friends as they can to start investing on the platform, promising an exclusive prize from Lisa for the top five investors who manage to lure the highest number of new users.

Born Lalisa Manoban, Lisa has become one of the most in-demand celebrities in the world alongside her fellow BLACKPINK members to represent various brands. Individually, the 25-year-old Thai rapper, singer, and dancer is the current brand ambassador of Italian luxury brand Bulgari and French fashion house Celine, among others.

She released her first EP titled Lalisa late in September of last year, consisting of two singles Lalisa and Money, to great success. Shortly after, Lisa was also featured in a single by French producer DJ Snake titled SG (Sexy Girl) with Puerto Rican singer Ozuna, and US rapper Megan Thee Stallion.
