If you count yourself an amigo of Sudestada, you’ll be delighted to hear that the Menteng-based Argentinian steakhouse is launching an all-you-can-eat menu on April 28.
With Asado de Viernes (which roughly translates to “Friday Roast”), the restaurant will hold weekly celebrations of the Argentinian social gathering and barbecue technique. executive chef/owner Victor Tarboda will man the monolith grill as guests gather around to receive a virtually unlimited flow of carne (meat) from a variety of cuts, such as Picanha, Striploin, Chorizo de Carne, as well as Roasted Chicken, Chicken Skewers, and Grilled Mollejas.
Side dishes like grilled veggies, garlic rice, sauteed baby potatoes, and grilled pineapple are available for some much-needed carbs on top of the stacks of meat
The Asado de Viernes is held every Friday from 5pm to 8pm, offered at IDR355,000++ (US$24.11) per person, with an add-on free-flow beer promo at IDR200,000++ (US$13.58) per person.
Sudestada is regarded as an auspicious name in Argentinian culture. In Spanish, it means “powerful wind,” particularly that cool strong breeze before a mighty storm. Helmed by Argentinian national Victor Taborda, Sudestada is a specialty grill, bar, and cafe inspired by the vivacious Latin and Argentinian cultures.
