The men, a 34-year-old surnamed Au and a 41-year-old surnamed Cheung, were arrested in Ma On Shan yesterday on suspicion of woundinghk01 reports.

They are believed to have been involved with an attack caught on CCTV showing three knife-wielding men attacking a 34-year-old man surnamed Tang.

In the video, which was later posted online, Tang can be seen tripping on the sidewalk as he tries to escape from the three men, after they spring from a white sedan and rush towards him.

The three attackers then slash at the grounded Tang for about 10 seconds before running back to their car.

Tang was helped by a doctor from a nearby medical clinic before being taken to Prince of Wales Hospital with cuts to his back, neck, and arms.

The getaway car was found parked on Kong Nga Po Road near Ta Kwu Ling in the early hours of yesterday morning, and had been set on fire before it was found by officers.
