In today’s installment of #HKdashcamwatch, a reminder that it is a good idea to pay attention to traffic lights.
Yesterday we saw one cyclist cheat death as he hit a minibus whilst trying to cross a road in Yuen Long. And, just like for that man, it was a close shave for these two people in Kwai Fong.
The video, which was posted online yesterday evening, shows two people on a motorcycle drive through a red light, and collide with the left-hand side of the taxi.
The impact knocks the two, driver and passenger, off the motorcycle, and sparks can be seen as the motorcycle skids on the road. It’s unclear whether the pair sustained injuries, which the footage shows the driver stand up and attend to the passenger, who sits up after the crash.
