Sometimes it’s just better to stick to your day job, regardless of what kind of cash moonlighting as a drug dealer can rake in.
A woman, apparently a widow, mother of one, and a laundry shop worker by day, was arrested on Tuesday in Jembrana, West Bali for distributing meth.
Identified as Uun, 33, the woman was reportedly arrested by Jembrana Narcotics Police while trying to deal meth at a hotel in Baluk Village, Negara.
Chief I Nyoman Master of the narcotics unit confirmed that his team confiscated three packages of meth from Uun, weighing 2.35 grams in total.
“Each package would be sold for Rp 500,000. She was arrested while trying to deal with a buyer, an unknown person in room number 16,” Master said on Friday, as quoted by Tribun Bali.
The policeman said Uun could face charges carrying a minimum of five years and maximum of 10 years prison.
