Vietjet to launch Hanoi-Bali route next January

Low-cost carrier Vietjet Air is set to launch their second direct international flight from Vietnam to Bali in January of next year, this time serving passengers from the city of Hanoi to Denpasar and vice versa. 

According to a statement issued by the airline, Vietjet is the first and only carrier to operate direct flights from Hanoi to Bali. Vietjet previously launched their Ho Chi Minh City – Bali route earlier this year in May.

The daily return flights from Hanoi to Bali will start operating on January 26, 2020. It departs Hanoi at 10am and arrives in Bali at 4.25pm, while the return journey takes off from Bali at 5.30pm and lands in Hanoi at 9.55pm, all in local times.

Vietjet announced the new international route earlier this month, along with others in the region that include flights from the southern Vietnamese city of Can Tho to Seoul and another route to Taipei.
