Not that we needed a reminder or anything, but a video recently posted to Vimeo shows us how fun it is to travel throughout gorgeous Indonesia.
In a video that appears to be shot between Yogyakarta, Bali, Toraja, and the Gilis, an exchange student takes us through his experience of the Indonesian archipelago that is free-spirited, adventurous, and fun.
Simon Krämer and his friends travel around Indonesia, lounging on pristine beaches, driving through rice paddies, making friends with locals, and drinking some Bintangs in the process.
Not gonna lie, even if you’ve already done those things, this video may make you want to hit the road with your motorbike and do them again.
On his Vimeo profile page, Krämer writes that his production is an ode from when he studied abroad in good ol’ Jogja:
2014 I spent a semester abroad in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. From there I traveled various places throughout the country, met wonderful people and had amazing new experiences. This video is an ode to the country, its people and all fellow companions that crossed my way!
