VIDEO: Venture through the vast creepy emptiness of Bali’s ‘Ghost Palace Hotel’

Like something straight out of an Indiana Jones movie, a bule man captured his adventure exploring an old abandoned hotel in Bedugal, Bali.

Jacob Laukaitis uploaded a video, “Massive Abandoned Hotel in Bali,” to YouTube on Dec. 1, documenting his sort of ‘haunted house’ traipse.

He said the footage is the result of hours of wandering throughout the desolate vine and moss-covered place.

One of the most eerie moments is Laukaitis coming across of old sandals in an empty door-way.

According to his video, locals say the hotel was abandoned 10 years ago, but no one really knows why.

Some reckon the hotel closed and is haunted by laborers who died from unsafe working conditions and it’s even rumored to have been built by Tommy Suharto.

If you don’t believe in hantu (aka ghosts) as many locals do, we challenge you to go check in to ‘Ghost Palace Hotel’ for a night and see how you feel—extra points if you stay in the dark basement-looking area!
