The amphibious aircraft carrier for the American navy, the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6) has anchored in Bali waters.
The massive ship stopped in Tanjung Benoa, Denpasar on Friday, reports Tribun Bali.
“Yes, there are about 3,000 personnel on board the ship,” a source from the US Navy told Tribun.
However, Tribun says this source did not go into detail about the agenda of the aircraft carrier.
“Wait for more developments,” the source explained.
We’re guessing it’s not just to sip fresh coconuts on the beach.
