A travel driver was arrested for alleged meth consumption.
West Denpasar Police Chief Wisnu Wardana told Tribun Bali on Sunday that the driver’s arrest was prompted by reports from the public.
Police say they received a tip that Andri Wibowo, 35, was often seen consuming something believed to be meth.
After getting such reports, Wardana says he ordered his staff to conduct an investigation.
When checking Wibowo, police say they managed to confiscate a packet of clear crystals that they are testing to confirm whether or not it’s meth.
