A set of burglars apparently had the audacity and indecency and to rob a school in Denpasar, Bali. A school of all places, come on, seriously.
There was allegedly a total of six perps who overtook three security guards at national plus school Taman Rama in Ubung Kaja at around 4 am on Monday morning.
As the perps wrestled to tie down security guards, KT, NS, and KS, one of the guards, NS, 40, was injured when hit in the head with a crowbar.
“Basically, during the incident, three security guards were on alert. The perps disconnected the CCTV in the schools,” West Denpasar Police Chief Wisnu Wardana told Tribun Bali on Monday.
And for all their trouble, it doesn’t sound like the perps made away with that much, just a CCTV recording device and Rp 400,000, according to head of Denpasar Police’s criminal investigation unit, Reinhard Nainggolan. Police are still investigating the incident to try and figure out what the perps were really after.
As of this afternoon, Denpasar police were still working on securing the crime scene.
