An Australian woman was reportedly found dead in her Sanur accommodation on Wednesday.
An employee at Flashbacks Bungalow & Rooms apparently had a bad feeling about the Australian woman when the 74-year-old did not come out for breakfast.
The employee went to check on her and that’s when he found Christie Sandra Anne dead in the bathroom, with dark brown vomit on the room’s white linen mattress, according to Tribun Bali.
“Usually she ordered breakfast around 7 am,” bungalow employee I Gede Endra Purnama said, explaining that he wanted to ask her if she wanted breakfast when he found her dead.
Police said there were no signs of physical violence on Anne’s body and they have not yet determined a cause of death.
“We must investigate first. I’ll wait for the results, so we’ll let you know later,” a member from the police’s ID team told Tribun Bali.
