A pimp arrested by Denpasar Police for online prostitution is claiming that the business is controlled by an inmate locked up in Bali’s most infamous of prisons, Kerobokan.
Memey, 34, says the “big boss” masterminding an online prostitution trade in Bali is in Kerobkan, serving a drugs sentence, reports VIVA News.
“He is a prisoner for drugs, with initials IVN (30). He controls the business despite languishing in prison,” I Nengah Sadiartha of Denpasar Police told VIVA, of Memey’s claims.
Memey also apparently revealed that IVN is involved in setting rates for prostitutes, before sex is sold.
“(Therefore), the boss in prison keeps track of each transaction that occurs,” Memey said.
Separately from this discussion with Memey, the head of Kerobokan Prision, Sudjonggo says he’s surprised by these allegations and to find out there may be someone inside his walls controlling an internet-based prostitution business. He insists he will work to uncover the truth.
