Just because the price of petrol just went down, doesn’t mean you should expect your fast boat tickets to suddenly become a little cheaper.
Prices for fast boats from Sanur to Nusa Lembogan will hold their ground, though prices for pom bensin as regulated by the government just went down yesterday.
Made Lastrawan of the Sanur-Lembongan Tourism Guest Organization (Optasal) says the price of fuel has little to do with the costs of the crossing to Sanur.
“Prices are still normal, we are not affected if petrol goes down,” Lastrawan said on Wednesday, as quoted by Tribun Bali.
If anything, we bet companies will somehow find a justification for prices to go up.
