The victim, KO, 28, had been riding as a passenger on the back of a scooter driven by his brother, JO on Jl. Raya Canggu, according to Tribun Bali.

The pair collided with Munggu resident, PB, 40, who had a passenger as well, WP, 41.

Details of the accident are still under investigation, but police allege the Czechs’ bike had been moving at a high speed when it crashed into PB’s bike. Police also allege that alcohol may have been a factor in the accident.
