Let’s face it, MotoGP is a big deal here in Indonesia so it’s no surprise people get excited when superstars from the sport come here for a visit.
Indonesian MotoGP fans have something to cheer about now that Bali is the next stop for Italian pro motorcycle racer Valentino Rossi.
The muliple MotoGP World Championship title holder will apparently be in town this week for several Yamaha Indonesia events, including meeting with national dealer PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Manufacturing (YIMM) and Yamaha Motor Company (YMC) Japan, according to Rima News.
The Italian will also meet with the Yamaha and Yamaha Racing communities in Indonesia.
Rossi said in a press release on Monday that his Indonesian fans are very special to him and will thank them to the best of his ability.
“See you soon in Bali,” he said.
Bali won’t be his first time in Indo. Rossi has previously visited several major cities in Indonesia such as Jakarta, Surabaya, and Medan.
