From threesomes and gangbang porn scenes to looking at years behind bars.

A married couple in Gianyar was recently arrested by the police for allegedly producing pornographic videos and selling them via social media and instant message services.

The husband and wife are identified as GGG, 33, and KDKS, 30. Both of them were arrested on July 22 and, according to law enforcers, the porn journey began as a fantasy.

“At the beginning, [the porn vids] were merely [to fulfill] their sexual fantasy and [the content was] free of charge,” Bali Police spokesman Stefanus Satake Bayu said in a press conference earlier today.

The official said that the couple began posting their own porn vids on Twitter in 2019. The adult content became so popular that they decided to start three groups on Telegram, where they sold their homemade porn.

In order to become a group member and gain access to the content, one had to pay IDR200,000 (US$14). Per this article’s publication, the three groups contain hundreds of members.

“[They made] profit of about IDR50 million (US$3,365),” Stefanus said, adding that the couple produced 20 videos during their amateur porn stint.

Bali Police’s cyber patrol unit reportedly found their Twitter account, which has 68,900 followers, and noticed that they put links to their “exclusive” Telegram groups in their bio.

Under Indonesian law, the couple may face a maximum of 12 years imprisonment if proven guilty of selling porn.
