Ronny F. Sompie is in the process of going from Bali’s highest ranking police official to Indonesia’s highest ranking immigration official.
President Joko Widodo completed the presidential decree on Sompie’s appointment as director General of Immigration for the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights, reports VIVA News.
“It is finished (the presidential decree), now just the inauguration is left,” said Cabinet Secretary, Andi Widjojanto in Jakarta on Monday.
Now that the presidential decree has gone through, Sompie’s inauguration depends on approval from the Ministry of Justice, explained Widjojanto.
