Some gamblers just aren’t lucky.
After recently arresting a lotto ticket seller, Jembrana Police have reportedly just arrested another person accused of selling togel in the Pekutatan area.
The suspect, identified in a Tribun Bali report by initials IKA, was arrested at his home in Banjar Mangenu, Desa Pengeragoan on Thursday at 4:30 pm.
Pekutatan Police Chief l I Ketut Sugiarta Yoga confirmed the arrest to local media and said police confiscated a small book from the suspect containing 11 sets of lotto numbers, two pens, and lotto cash profits of Rp 3.41 million.
Selling lotto tickets is a violation of Article 303 of the Criminal Code, Yoga explained on Friday from the police station.
